FAQ
How well does the slow feeder actually work?
Pets have to nose around the ridges to reach their food, so meals naturally take longer. It makes the biggest difference for pets who get excited about fresh or canned food and tend to gulp.
Will the black exterior fade?
No. The black is the natural colour of the clay itself — not a dye or coating — so it won’t fade or peel with washing or years of use.
Is the interior glaze safe?
Yes. SGS testing found no lead or cadmium leaching from the interior glaze. It meets food-contact safety standards, tested to the same standard as tableware for people.
Small or Large — which should I choose?
Go by your pet’s size and snout width. Small (Φ150 mm) suits most cats and small dogs; Large (Φ175 mm) suits medium and large dogs. If your pet tends to push the bowl around while eating, the Large’s extra size and weight also keep it steadier.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. Both the ceramic bowl and the 304 stainless steel stand can go in the dishwasher. Wash them separately so the joints under the stand get properly clean.
Does it work for both cats and dogs?
Yes. Small fits most cats and small dogs; Large fits medium and large dogs.

高品質的選擇，且有零件可單獨替換，注意貓習慣的顏色
整體來說細節作的很好，包含邊緣都有倒角，還有就是零件都有微妙的方向性不怕裝錯。
我買的是黑色，但是貓一開始不喝，後來我想到可能是因為貓習慣白色水盆，我買了白色陶瓷盤貓就開始喝了。
一個很重要的是零件可以單買，多數寵物飲水機都沒有單獨提供零件非常不方便。
還有一個亮點是有濾芯上面有棉片，可以初步擋掉大顆粒髒污，搭配UV還有清洗可以讓濾芯壽命真的可以到一個月。我用過其他3-4種飲水機，通常濾芯還沒到一個月就變成有點淡紅色了，根本撐不了一個月。
