Warranty service

This warranty applies to the UVC sterilizing wireless motor pet water dispenser you purchased. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase of this product. During the warranty period, if there is a functional failure due to material or manufacturing defects, we will provide repair or replacement services.
The warranty does not apply to the following situations: accidental damage, improper use, unauthorized repair, self-modification, damage caused by natural disasters.

If you need to enjoy warranty service, please keep your proof of purchase as proof. For repair or replacement, please contact our customer service. Damage during shipping will not be covered by the warranty.
