Shipping policy

Package shipping charges will be collected together with the order payment.

• Taiwan Main Island | Free shipping on orders over NT$100
• Taiwan Outlying Islands | Products are delivered via Black Cat Delivery Service, and a shipping fee of NT$220 is charged regardless of the number of items.
• Overseas areas | Products are delivered by SF Express and are billed by weight. Overseas delivery areas include Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, the United States, Canada and Australia
• For domestic and overseas orders, please confirm whether the information is filled in correctly. If the delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect receipt information, the buyer will need to bear the cost of re-shipping.
