Q2. Why do I still need to plug in a wire to use it instead of using it wirelessly?
Sorry for the misunderstanding about the name, our main focus is "wireless motors". Most of the water dispensers on the market have problems with the motor wires soaking in the water tank, which can easily cause leakage or make cleaning difficult. Therefore, the motors of our water dispensers are mainly designed to be wireless, making cleaning very easy and there will be no leakage of electricity.

Q3. How many days can the water tank be kept slippery?
It depends on how many pets you have. We have tested it in the pet training classroom. Three or four dogs and cats drank it every day, and it was still well controlled for about three to four days.
UVC can provide the greatest antibacterial effect and reduce the inconvenience of daily cleaning for owners, but frequent water changes and quick cleaning are still required to maintain a good drinking water environment.

Q4. How to troubleshoot the constant orange light?
The orange light stays on as a reminder to replace the filter element. Since the indicator light has a preset timer of one month, you can reset it by pressing and holding it for 5 seconds, and the light will return to the normal mode.

Q5. Can I add dental cleaning water?
Since the water dispenser is filtered by a filter element, the effect may be reduced, so it is not recommended to add it.

Q6. Does the area inside the motor that is exposed to UVC germicidal light turn yellow?
Because UVC has high energy and short wavelength, it is normal for plastic parts to undergo qualitative changes when exposed to them. The plastic parts we use are made of ABS, which have been tested for life and will yellow but not become brittle. The range of UVC light exposure will only affect the plastic parts with motor cotton behind the motor. Other parts such as sinks will not be affected by UVC light.

Q7. Is there black powder on the water plate?
This is because the activated carbon powder in the filter element is washed out. This may happen when the filter is used for the first time, but it will not continue to happen. It is recommended that the filter element be soaked for 5 to 10 minutes before use, and then rinsed before use. The ingredient we use is coconut shell activated carbon, which is also "activated carbon for food". It is made from coconut shells and is completely natural.

Q8. Why is there oil in the motor?
This is SK food-grade lubricant used to protect the interior of the motor. It is a food-grade grease that meets standards. When using it for the first time, please start the motor and run it for a while, then pour out the water. The oil will be removed after running.
