What's new compared with the previous model?
UV-C now runs 16 h/day in Standard and 22 h/day in MAX (+37.5% UV-C time¹). How is it different from other fountains?

Do I need my own charger?
A USB-C cable is included; the wall adapter isn't. Use any 5V⎓2A or higher adapter — phone fast chargers work too.
Standard vs. MAX — what's the difference?
The pump runs 24 hours a day in both. Only UV-C time changes: 16 hours in Standard (white, breathing), 22 hours in MAX (white, steady) — 37.5% more UV-C time. Double-tap the button to switch.
When should I use MAX?
Two times to switch to MAX:
1. Several cats, or a dog. More drinkers means more saliva in the water.
2. Summer. Warmer water lets biofilm grow faster.
MAX adds 6 hours of UV-C a day to keep up.
Why isn't it battery-powered?
UV-C and the pump have to keep running to hold bacteria back. A built-in battery would run out in about 7 hours, forcing the fountain to rest — and lithium batteries fade over time and can't be replaced. So Mattte plugs in and runs all day, with replaceable AA batteries as backup.
What happens in a power cut?
With 4 AA batteries installed, it switches to battery power automatically (aqua light): 20 seconds on, 10 minutes off, with UV-C paused to save power. When power returns, it resumes your mode. Batteries not included.
Can it flow continuously in a power cut?
Yes. On battery it defaults to intervals (20 s on, 10 min off). Double-tap for continuous flow (steady aqua light); it returns to intervals after 1 hour, or sooner if the battery runs low — double-tap again to extend. UV-C pauses on battery and your mode resumes when power returns.
The light flashes red and white and chimes?
Water has reached the charging port. Unplug it right away and contact us.
How often should I change the filter?
About once a month. Together with UV-C and regular rinsing, that keeps the filter working and the water clean. The light breathes orange when it's due; hold the button 5 seconds after changing it.
Can I buy spare parts?
Yes. The motor, tray, filters and other parts are sold separately, so you never have to replace the whole fountain.

雖然等待出貨時間比較長，但值得等待🥰
初時試機時落水不夠真的有水流聲，但當放合適水平時超靜，外觀設計非常靚😍。現時2位主子都會去飲水，不是常常飲用，除了這台水機壞了，相信我不會再買其他牌子水機了👍🏻

使用上都不錯，且與用過的三個大廠牌相比幾乎都沒有孳生生物膜(每三天清洗一次，持續觀察中...)。但容量偏小、無app監控、外觀只有黑色這三點比較可惜一點。

高品質的選擇，且有零件可單獨替換，注意貓習慣的顏色

整體來說細節作的很好，包含邊緣都有倒角，還有就是零件都有微妙的方向性不怕裝錯。

我買的是黑色，但是貓一開始不喝，後來我想到可能是因為貓習慣白色水盆，我買了白色陶瓷盤貓就開始喝了。

一個很重要的是零件可以單買，多數寵物飲水機都沒有單獨提供零件非常不方便。

還有一個亮點是有濾芯上面有棉片，可以初步擋掉大顆粒髒污，搭配UV還有清洗可以讓濾芯壽命真的可以到一個月。我用過其他3-4種飲水機，通常濾芯還沒到一個月就變成有點淡紅色了，根本撐不了一個月。
