Shipping policy

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• Taiwan (main island) | Orders of NT$800 or more qualify for complimentary shipping; a flat delivery fee of NT$60 applies below the threshold.
• Taiwan outer islands | Delivered by Yamato Transport (Black Cat) at a flat rate of NT$220 per order, regardless of quantity.
• International | We currently deliver to Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and South Korea. Orders of NT$3,500 or more qualify for complimentary shipping; a flat shipping fee of NT$500 applies below the threshold.
• A gentle reminder | Please take a moment to double-check your delivery details. Should a parcel be undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect information, the re-shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
