Shipping policy

Shipping is charged together with your order at checkout.

• Taiwan (main island) | Free shipping on orders over NT$800; otherwise NT$60.
• Taiwan outlying islands | Delivered by courier; a flat NT$220 applies regardless of the number of items.
• International | We ship to Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Hong Kong NT$500; Japan, Korea, and Singapore NT$700. International orders have no free-shipping threshold.
• For both domestic and international orders, please make sure your delivery details are correct. If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect information, the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.
